a Supply Side Audit at no cost to you.
A Supply Side Audit electronically monitors and analyzes
the compressor, accessories, and piping of your system,
while taking into account the requirements of your
demand side. The goal is to efficiently match your
supply side to your demand side, making your operation
more profitable.
Some of the steps we take in a Supply Side Audit are:
Monitor actual cfm being delivered at specific plant
pressures.
Calculate/assess actual air storage in entire facility
Assess actual electrical costs of air system in kW required
Monitor how compressors operate alone and with each other.
Once we have completed our Supply Side Audit, we will
provide you with our findings in an Executive Summary.
We will inform you of potential savings in the compressor
room and provide solutions that should be implemented
in your plant. Our financial solutions include detailed
calculations of actual energy bill savings from reductions
in KW usage, utility incentives, and rebates.
